Help

The fastest path to a usable ruling: keep the decision crisp, the options bounded, and the constraints explicit.

Quick start
  1. Buy credits (if needed) on Credits. Your balance updates after payment.
  2. Log in to attach credits to your account.
  3. Go to Run and submit a Decision Packet: run.html
  4. Wait for delivery. Credits are debited only when a written output is delivered.
  5. Review the ruling in History (and Packet detail, if enabled).
Billing rule: credits are used only when an output is delivered.
Best input: one decision, 2–5 options, clear constraints, clear owner.
Bad input: “help me think” with no decision boundary or no options.
FAQ
When are credits used?

Credits are used only when a written output is delivered. Intake questions, clarifications, and drafts don’t debit credits.

What should I submit for best results?

One decision. A small set of options (2–5). Explicit constraints. And what happens if you’re wrong. The more bounded the decision, the more ownable the ruling.

Where do I find delivered outputs?

Go to History. If packet detail is enabled, you’ll open a specific packet in packet.html?id=….

What’s a “pause protocol”?

If conditions aren’t safe to commit, the system can deliver a written pause protocol: what’s allowed while paused, what’s not, and the conditions to restart responsibly.

I paid but my balance didn’t update.

Payments can take a moment to reconcile. Refresh the Credits page. If it still doesn’t update, contact support with your receipt reference.
